'תיקון נפש' What is

Tikkun Nefesh (תיקון נפש) “repair of the soul,” arises from Jewish and Christian understandings of renewal, wholeness, and moral integrity. It describes a process of inner restoration, where burdens are released, truth is embraced, and wisdom is cultivated. Scripture calls us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). From this renewal, wholeness flows outward—empowering individuals to live abundantly, strengthening families, and enriching communities through compassion, resilience, and integrity.
